🛑 Southern Lake Designs & Printing Licensing Terms & Conditions
Our license covers transfer and wholesale products only. It does not cover trademarked (TM) designs.
If you choose to sell TM items in your shop, you do so at your own risk. Southern Lake Designs & Printing is not responsible for takedowns or legal action related to TM content. Our license does not protect you when selling trademarked designs.

✅ With Proper Licensing, You May:
•     Sell our designs as screen prints, sublimation prints, DTF prints, clear film prints, vinyl, decals, stickers, fabric, patches, and other wholesale items
•     Send PNG files to overseas distributors only if you hold a valid license (example: seamless files for blanket production)

❌ You May Not:
•     Resell or offer digital files in any form (including altered, lifted, or partially erased versions)
•     Share or upload our artwork for download—paid or free
•     Post Southern Lake digitals in dump groups or unauthorized platforms
•     Claim authorship of our artwork
•     Sell your business with Southern Lake licensing or digital files included
•     Post mockups or products without a watermark to protect our art
•     Order custom prints through unlicensed vendors
•     Share drive purchases with other business owners or individuals

⚠️ Additional Terms:
•     One license is valid for one business only. It is non-transferable and cannot be applied to multiple businesses.
•     Violations of these terms may result in revoked licensing, blocked IP addresses, and no refunds.
•     It is your responsibility to read and understand our terms before purchasing.

Reminder: TM items are for personal use only. Southern Lake Designs & Printing will not be held responsible for any trademark-related issues in your business.
